Our Group Dynamic

I feel like the picture above best captures the true dynamic of our group. Even though there are five people instead of four, we all worked as a team throughout the entire process. There were some HUGE advantages we had when we initially started working together and that is that we all knew each other prior to filming. We've hung out on previous occasions, worked together on other group projects, and were familiar with the work ethics and styles of all other members. It went well in the beginning and although we had our rough patches, it all managed to get finished in time.

Each person had their own particular role during the ... fun ... filming process, and since everything got done we can everyone pulled their weight. Each person had different roles, for example, I was the main actor in the film as shown by my heavy screen time. Even if I wasn't speaking the whole time (which I kind of was), I was shown throughout the film playing the two supporting characters. Tyler and Kayla especially came in clutch with the editing because that process was horrendous in itself. It was rough. At first, we used iMovie, then switched the DaVinci Resolve because it was much more professional. However, after literal DAYS of trying to figure out how to work it without it completely CRASHING on us, we had to switch back to iMovie. It was horrendous, but it got done so that's really good.

I don't think we could've done this project without our biggest supporter - YouTube. We were able to look at filming tips, how to input titles, how to film certain ways, what colors to use, etc. with the help of other videos. Piecing together the videos was by far the hardest part and I don't think we could've done it on our own.
